OVERVIEW

The project is located in the northeast of Riyadh, at the intersection between Dammam Highway and Khaled Bin Al Waleed Road. It has an estimated area of 3,300 square meters and consists of 8 villas complete with basic services. The project is strategically located near public utilities, medical, and, educational institutions. The construction of the project began in 2001 and was completed by 2004.
