Ishbiliya is located east of the Eastern Ring of Riyadh city. It occupies an area of 694,000 square meters and consist of 694 villas. Construction of the project began in 2004, and it was completed and sold by 2007. The project provides integrated services such as schools, shopping centers, and a clinic nearby.
